In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing,

We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that all security and personal data protection measures required by personal data protection regulations are taken. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons. Personal data is processed exclusively within the European Union.

How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, its content and metadata will be stored indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically, without sending them for moderation each time.

We also store the data of users who have filled out the inquiry form (free quote) on our website. Each user can view, correct, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also view and modify this information.

What are your rights regarding your data?

If you have filled in a contact form or added comments on this website, you can request a file containing all of your personal data that we hold, including all of the data you have provided. You can also request that we delete all of your personal data in our possession. This does not apply to any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

Entrusting data processing to other entities

With regard to any websites linked to the Website that are not owned or controlled by the Administrator, the Administrator shall not be liable for their content or for the rules of confidentiality applicable to Users. When displaying a website containing such a link, the User's browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of social network administrators (service providers). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the service provider directly to the User's browser and integrated into the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that the User's browser has displayed the Administrator's website, even if the User does not have a profile with the service provider or is not currently logged in. This information (along with the IP address) is sent by the User's browser directly to the server of the respective service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If the User is logged in to one of the social networking sites, that service provider will be able to directly associate the visit to the Administrator's website with the User's profile on that social networking site. If the User uses a given plugin, e.g. by clicking the “Like” or “Share” button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the server of the given service provider and stored there. In addition, this information will be published on the given website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that the User's browser has displayed the Administrator's website, even if the User does not have a profile with the service provider or is not currently logged in. This information (along with the IP address) is sent directly from the User's browser to the server of the service provider (some servers are located in the US) and stored there. In addition, this information will be published on the social networking site and will be visible to people added as the User's contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and the User's rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to ensure privacy protection are described in the privacy policies of the individual service providers.

If the User does not want social networking sites to assign data collected during visits to the Administrator's website directly to the User's profile on a given site, they should log out of that site before visiting it. The User can also completely prevent plugins from loading on the website by using appropriate extensions for their browser, e.g., script blocking.

The Administrator processes the personal data of Users visiting the Administrator's profiles on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn). This data is processed in order to inform Users about the Administrator's activities, offer services, and communicate with Users via tools available on social media. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in promoting its own brand and services and building and maintaining a community associated with the brand.

As part of the Website, the Administrator may automatically tailor certain content to the User's needs, i.e., perform profiling using the personal data provided by the User. Profiling consists primarily of automatically assessing what products the User may be interested in, based on their previous activities on the Internet, including on the Administrator's websites, and displaying product advertisements profiled in this way. Profiling carried out by the Administrator does not result in decisions that have legal effects on the User or affect them in a similarly significant way.
